About Xenium

We believe that every business leader should have the opportunity to focus on serving their clients and growing their business, leaving the administrative duties of being an employer—including HR, payroll and benefits administration—to us.

Xenium is an HR & Employer Services company in Tualatin, Oregon. Our team of HR and payroll professionals support small- and medium-sized companies that have limited or no internal HR resources, as well as companies with internal HR staff who can benefit from support and training.

We view people as an organization’s biggest asset. From developing competitive people practices to carrying out tough employer decisions, our team supports business leaders to provide them freedom to focus on growing their business.



Xenium History

Xenium began more than 20 years ago as a division of Express Employment Professionals offering integrated human resources, payroll and benefits services to small northwest businesses. In 2000, Xenium formed a separate corporation under The Stoller Group and our growth accelerated.  We added HR consulting services, expanded our training offerings, and by 2008 we tripled in size.  In 2009, we added integrated HR and payroll (ASO) to our PEO and HR Consulting business, and have since doubled in size.  Many of our team members and clients who started with us in the early days of Xenium are still with us today. As we continue to grow and expand, we challenge ourselves to provide the highest quality service by focusing on our relationships with team members and clients.

The Xenium staff is active in a variety of professional organizations.  These organizations include the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Northwest Professional Employer Association (NWPEA) and the American Payroll Association (APA).  Maintaining our skills through continuing education and participation in professional organizations gives Xenium clients an added level of expertise.
