Q: What services does Xenium offer in the PEO model?

Administrative Services Organization Questions

Q: What is an Administrative Services Organization (ASO)?
A: An Administrative Services Organization (ASO), enables businesses to cost-effectively outsource the management of the human resource and payroll functions for small to mid-sized businesses. ASO differs from the PEO program (see above) in that ASO clients maintain their own group benefit programs.
Q: Does Xenium offer TPA services?
A: Yes. Xenium provides TPA services for S125, HRA and COBRA Administration.

Training Questions

Q: What options are available for supervisor and management training?
A: Xenium hosts monthly workshops available to clients and guests. Registration for workshops and “hot topic” sessions are all available online. Xenium also offers customized on-site training.
Q: Will Xenium train my employees on-site?
A: Yes. Xenium can deliver customized training to meet the needs of any business.

Q: Is Xenium locally owned in Oregon?
Yes. Xenium is locally owned in Tualatin, Oregon by Bill Stoller, who leads the Stoller Group of companies.
Q: How does Xenium charge for its services?
A: For the PEO and ASO models, clients incur a one-time set up fee for implementation and are charged a per employee management fee for ongoing administration.
HR consulting services and training packages depend upon the scope of the project and range in pricing structure from an hourly consulting fee, to a per project fee or monthly retainer.
Q: How is Xenium different from other HR service companies?
