Aaron joined the Xenium team in July of 2018 as HRIS Specialist, and was promoted to HRIS Analyst in October 2019. He currently works directly with our Benefits department in supporting and improving the related Prism and HRP processes.
He brings seven years of experience as a Client Support Specialist at ADP to his Xenium role, where he supported the various HR modules (HR eXpert, HR/Benefits Solution and Workforce Now). Most recently he had moved into a Relationship Specialist role where he worked on client risk, pricing and contract negotiations. Prior to ADP, Aaron worked for Office Depot for six years as a Department Manager, supporting the sales floor and back office functions (cash office, shipping/receiving, vendor buybacks, among other things).
Oregon has always been Aaron’s home, and he has lived in the Portland metro area his entire life, including the cities of West Linn, Canby, Oregon City and Tualatin. He is a hobbyist woodworker on the weekends, and his current project is a custom built desk for his grandma, to fit a new apartment that she recently moved into. Aaron and his wife have one child, Tyler, a dog named Scooter, and a cat named Charlie. In their free time, Aaron and his family enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest, camping and hiking.
