Tiffanie joined Xenium in June of 2018 to assist with the growing demand for client onsite training workshops. She assists Suzi Alligood, VP of People Development and Culture and lead trainer, with the creation and delivery of Xenium employer training programs that address workforce capabilities, skills and competencies needed to support client organizational/business strategies and objectives. She also occasionally assists with client assessments.

Prior to joining Xenium, Tiffanie spent eight years teaching HR Management for the Business Department at Clackamas Community College, where she was also the HR Manager from 2010-2012. Most recently, she taught Strategic Staffing and HR Management at Portland State University’s School of Business. She served on the Board of the Oregon OD Network from 2016-2017.

Before she worked in education, Tiffanie established a solid foundation in HR experience. In addition to working as HR Manager for CCC, she also worked as HR Director for American Steel/American Metals, and HR Manager for Mason, Bruce & Girard. This diverse industry knowledge covers the areas of higher education, natural resource consulting and manufacturing, both in the private and public sectors, union and non-union.

Tiffanie is a big believer that training and development changes lives and workplaces for the best, which is why she chose to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to Xenium! She appreciates the focus on relationships, especially between employers and their HR advisors.

Oregon has always been Tiffanie’s home, but she enjoyed studying abroad in England and Scotland during her college years. When she’s not sharing her HR knowledge with clients, she spends time with her husband, 1st grader and a spunky boxer! She is an avid reader and loves driving her dream car — a Ford Mustang — around town.
