Alishia joined Xenium’s Sr. Leadership Team in October of 2018 as the VP of Client Experience. In this new position, she focuses on guiding our service teams towards putting our clients’ experience in the forefront of our strategic initiatives. She is a Xenium veteran who has spent the last 13 years in various HR roles – starting as an HR Representative and moving up through the ranks as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, Strategic HR Partner and Director of HR Services. Prior to her career at Xenium, she spent five years working at Intel in Hillsboro, OR.

She spent the last three years leading a team of 10 HR consultants who provided integrated human resource strategies to high performing organizations. She believes in developing employees to be autonomous human resource leaders, while making herself available for support, reassurance and guidance in all aspects of the HR profession.

Over the last 13 years, she’s developed a client-centered philosophy to HR. She believes in creating HR infrastructures that align employee development and performance with key business objectives and that HR must be adapted for every organization and its business needs.

Because of Alishia’s ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with employees and clients through a friendly, hands-on, results-driven approach, she’s considered a trusted advisor to many.

Alishia also acts as a strategic resource for The Stoller Group of companies located throughout the western region, including Stoller Family Estate, Express Healthcare Professionals and Express Employment Professionals.

She earned her B.B.A. in HR Management from Loyola University Chicago. She also received her PHR certification in 2006, SPHR certification in 2014 and SHRM-SCP certification in 2015. Alishia is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management organization, SHRM and the Portland HR Management Association, PHRMA.
