Andrea joined Xenium in September 2014 as an Onsite HR Generalist with one of Xenium’s clients, and after a few years of handling HR, payroll, benefits, new employee onboarding and general HR support, she decided to come in-house to join the Payroll team in our Tualatin office. She currently processes payroll and provides customer service for a book of Xenium clients as a Senior Payroll Specialist.
Andrea previously worked for Pacific NW Federal Credit Union as an HR Specialist for 8 years and Regence BlueCross Blue Shield of Oregon as the HR Administrative Coordinator for 9 years.
Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, and in 2001 she earned her HR Management Certificate from Portland State University.
In her free time, Andrea loves to bake, craft, spend time with family/friends, and watch her kids’ baseball and softball games.
