ANGELA PERKINS

Angela Perkins

Title
Executive Vice President

Education
B.A. in English from Washington State University

Angela Perkins is the Executive Vice President of Xenium HR. She joined Xenium in 1999 as Sales & Marketing Coordinator, supporting all marketing and integrated sales efforts between Xenium and related Stoller Group Companies including Express Employment Professionals and Specialized Recruiting Group.  In 2000 Angela was promoted to Business Developer for Xenium, where she was responsible for top line new business growth and marketing initiatives.

By exhibiting natural leadership ability, in 2006 Angela was sought out for a General Manager role responsible for directing a separate division of the Stoller Group family of companies, Express Staff Management (ESM).  ESM supported Onsite HR Account Managers at large companies utilizing a contingent workforce between 80-300 temporary employees.  Under Angela’s leadership the ESM team flourished, hitting unprecedented internal employee retention and client satisfaction ratings.

After a successful experience with leadership and executive level impact, Angela found herself missing “home.”  Xenium was excited to recreate that home for her, and in 2009 she returned as Client Development Manager for Xenium, with a promotion following in 2012 to Director of Sales & Marketing.  With a passion for designing HR programs and a business instinct that easily translates to any industry, Angela hears a business challenge and instantly transform those challenges into identifiable solutions.  Her business ethic and heart allow her to quickly gain the trust of those she works with, and as a result she’s become a confidant and consultant to the business owners she’s now worked with for more than a decade. It is this passion and success that led to Angela’s promotion to Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2013.

Angela is a graduate of Washington State University (GO COUGS!) with an English major and double minor in both business and technical writing. Angela served as President for the Oregon chapter of the American Marketing Association in 2003-4, all told her board service spanned 6 years for AMA.  Under her leadership the volunteer board retention rate was near 100% and the chapter won national recognition for programming and membership (peaking an all-time historical high of over 420 local members).
