Ashley joined the Xenium team in August of 2018 as an HR Generalist and is currently a Senior HR Generalist, where she supports the HR Business Partners as a very important part of the team. She interacts daily with a variety of Xenium clients, managing the ever-changing HR needs of all of them.
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Willamette University, she accrued eight years of experience working at a healthcare IT company in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Training. She brings some great experience to the team as she assisted with all functions related to HR.
Ashley found herself looking for a broader HR experience and when the opportunity presented itself to help multiple Xenium clients, she jumped at it! She loves the culture and values that are demonstrated by this organization.
Although she was born and raised in the Central Valley of California, Ashley visited Oregon regularly when she was growing up before landing here for college. She also spent six months in Galway, Ireland for a study abroad program while at Willamette University.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with the people she loves, exploring new places, tastes and cultures. She is a self-proclaimed avid reader, traveler and wine drinker.
