& Product

Education
B.S. in Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Western Oregon University

Brandon Laws is the Vice President of Marketing and Product at Xenium HR, and has been with the firm since October 2008.

Today, Brandon leads marketing from both a brand and product perspective. He is focused on driving not just awareness but communicating a strong sense of the Xenium brand promise. Brandon sees his job as telling the story of Xenium, crafting how the company stands apart in a crowded market. On the product side, this means making sure the systems and modules integrated with Xeniumā€™s payroll software deliver a frictionless user experience.

Brandon is also the host of Transform Your Workplace, a podcast he created in 2012 which has grown to over 450 episodes and over one million downloads. Ranked as one of the most popular HR and leadership podcasts with a five-star rating on Apple Podcasts, it provides inspiration and practical tools for HR professionals and people leaders. He continues to drive the conversation forward through webinars, speaking appearances, and social media.

His philosophy is simpleā€”employers should create a truly special work environment that allows employees to bring their whole selves to work. By taking care of your people, you enable them to perform at their highest and happiest level.

An Oregon native, Brandon lives in Newberg with his wife, Angela, their children Parker and Paisley, two cats, and a dog. When not attending to his many professional and family duties, he can be found unwinding with a book, out at the golf course, or watching the Portland Trail Blazers.Ā

ā€œI was always looking to contribute something that was bigger than myself and have a purpose in what I was doing. I quickly realized that the value of my job is to get as many eyeballs as possible on the Xenium brand, so that we can expand our reach and help employers transform workplaces. And that,ā€ Brandon explains, ā€œis why Iā€™ve been with them for 15 years.ā€
