Elisabeth comes to Xenium with a wealth of HR experience, commencing her career as Benefits & Recruiting Specialist at a small community bank in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. She soon moved on to spend two years at the North American Headquarters of IKEA in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania as a Benefits Administrator before making the cross-country move to Portland, Oregon in 2005. Nike is where she landed next, continuing her work as a Benefits Administrator before being promoted internally to Employee Relations Manager. She enjoyed two more years in this role at Nike before shifting gears to support her growing family.

The next eight years Elisabeth took some time away from her career to stay home with her two young children. Human Resources never completely left her life during this time, however, and she kept up with the HR world by attending relevant training workshops and helping her children’s school with HR issues on a volunteer basis. She joined the Xenium team in October 2017 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations – such as recruiting and onboarding, leave administration, employee relations, and management coaching and training – for Xenium clients.

When Elisabeth isn’t working, she enjoys reading, running, Pilates, spending time with family and friends and volunteering at her children’s school. Although her roots are in Alabama, and she spent her early adult life on the East Coast, she LOVES living in Oregon the most!
