Eva Maribona joined Xenium in July 2015 as an HR Representative. Eva manages her own book of business of multiple clients, assisting them with human resource guidance/compliance, training coordination, employee handbook and job description development, wage surveys, onboarding, and employee relations. Eva also acts as a third party for employee complaints and assists in problem resolution as well as conducts open enrollment meetings for Section 125, 401k, Medical and Dental and other benefit programs.

Prior to Xenium, Eva spent 3 years working as a Benefits Service Specialist with an employee benefits consulting firm in Lake Oswego providing employee benefits, brokerage, and consulting to companies in Oregon and across the country.  In addition to her time working in employee benefits, Eva has an additional 5 years of experience in client, insurance, and financial services.

Eva holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Latin American Studies from Mills College. In 2009 Eva also earned her MBA from the Lorry I.Lokey Graduate School of Business at Mills College and was honored with a Goldman Sachs – 10,000 Women Business Leadership award for her potential as a future female business leader who deeply cares for community. Eva is Health and Life insurance licensed in the State of Oregon and speaks fluent Spanish and English.

Eva is passionate about people and creating positive experiences and lives by the statement “treat others as you would like to be treated” by applying it to her daily work at Xenium in delivering exceptional service to clients. In her free time she enjoys dancing, hiking, cooking, traveling to new places, and connecting with friends, family, and Mother Nature.
