Eva Maribona joined Xenium in July 2015 as an HR Account Representative and in June 2018 she was promoted to HR Business Partner. In her role, she supports organizations in various industries across the Pacific Northwest. Eva acts as the “front line” for providing HR Support in numerous areas including employee relations, problem resolution, training and development, policies and procedures, process implementation, compliance, and best practice consultation.

Prior to Xenium, Eva spent three years working as a Benefits Service Specialist with an employee benefits consulting firm in Oregon where she provided employee benefits, brokerage, and consulting services. She also has an additional five years of prior experience in client, insurance, and financial services.

Eva earned an MBA from the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business at Mills College and a B.A. in Business Economics and Latin American Studies from Mills College. As a graduate student, Eva was honored with a Goldman Sachs – 10,000 Women Business Leadership award for her potential as a future female business leader who deeply cares for community. She is bilingual with fluency in both English and Spanish, SHRM-CP certified and licensed in Health and Life insurance in the State of Oregon.

Eva’s passion for people and creating positive experiences guides her daily interactions and drive for making a difference, doing whatever she can to help transform the workplace for the better. In her free time she enjoys dancing, hiking, cooking, traveling to new places, and connecting with friends, family, and Mother Nature.
