In 2012, Jillian joined Xenium as a Human Resource Assistant. Upon graduation from Portland State, she transitioned into a Human Resource Coordinator role and was later was promoted to a Human Resource Representative where she supported a group of HR Business Partners. In 2015, Jillian moved into an HR Generalist role and later a Senior HR Generalist role, where she was responsible for account management of a designated group of clients, employee relations, and the execution of various HR projects. This includes human resource guidance and multi-state compliance, investigations, leave of absence and ADA consulting, employee handbook and job description development, onboarding, and benefit enrollment. Since 2022, Jillian has served as Xenium’s HR Services & Compliance Manager, leading a team of HR professionals and managing multi-state HR compliance.
Jillian graduated from Portland State University in August 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Human Resource Management. While attending PSU, Jillian worked for the City of Portland for several years as a Customer Service Representative. In her off hours, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband and son, travelling, hiking, and reading.
