As a Senior HR Business Partner credentialed by SHRM, Kelli enjoys helping people leverage their strengths to achieve their full potential.  Through Kelli’s extensive experience in a variety of roles, she has a unique ability to build trust in order to meet the needs of both her employer and employees. She served as a corporate recruiter and trainer for 8 years where she helped her organization achieve success through leadership development and retention.  She has experience in worker’s compensation, leave of absence management, HR policies and procedures implementation and business compliance and best practices. Her professional career includes leadership roles in sales & management with leading distributors and service companies.

Kelli has a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon.  She earned her PHR in 2008 and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.  That same year, she also earned her LTP (licensed tax preparer) license and worked with an accounting firm consulting with small business owners.  Through Kelli’s career pathing, it was her passion for people that brought her back to Human Resources.

When not at work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family.  She has two boys that are very active in sports, music and theater.
