Sarah joined the Xenium team in 2012 as an Onsite HR Representative, and since 2015, she also started supporting the training and development team. In summer 2021, Sarah became Xenium’s Talent Partner.

She has 12 years of Human Resources experience, having primarily worked as a generalist in the banking, hospitality and technology industries in the Bay Area. Her primary duties included human resources guidance and consulting for employee relations, organizational development, recruitment and establishing best practices for employee training and performance management.

Receiving her B.A. degree from St. Mary’s College of California, Sarah majored in Communications with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior. Additionally, Sarah earned a certificate in Human Resource Management through the extension program at University of California, Berkeley.

Sarah takes great pride in her ability to be a strong business partner to clients and to soundly coach leaders and managers on employee relations matters. She is acknowledged for developing meaningful relationships with clients that lead to successful partnerships. Sarah has a passion for helping people and enjoys the intrinsic reward of supporting her clients’ business goals through talent management and development.

In Sarah’s free time she enjoys spending time volunteering with various non-profit organizations and exploring the beautiful Pacific NW with her family.
