Shastina began her career with The Stoller Group in June 2002 as a Front Desk Receptionist. In March of 2014 she joined the Xenium sales team as a Client Development Manager. She has held a variety of positions during her time with The Stoller Group, from Onsite Account Manager for local manufacturing companies, to Branch Manager for the Gresham Express Employment Professional office, where she helped grow a fledgling office into a profitable and thriving one.

In her current role as Client Development Manager at Xenium, Shastina is responsible for building new client relationships with small businesses and raising awareness of the value of Xenium’s Human Resources services. Because she got her start in recruiting, she’s great at matchmaking. In her current role, she uses that skill to help clients navigate connections and resources and find the best solutions for their particular situations.

It’s important to her to maintain strong relationships with her clients, and her true passion is helping business leaders and employees alike become the best possible versions of themselves. She highly values transparency and authenticity, and she always thinks of what’s best for her clients above anything else. This dedication has made her a trusted collaborator with her clients.

Shastina has a BA in Sociology from Arizona State University. Outside of work, she spends as much time as she can with her husband and children in their new home in the country.
