Alishia Young, PHR

Alishia joined Xenium in November of 2005 bringing with her six years of experience in critical multi-tasking and organizational skills from Intel. As an HR Representative for Xenium, Alishia provided primary support to a large team of field HR Business Partners preparing employee handbooks, job descriptions, employee surveys, compliance assessments, recruiting, screening and hotline response for a high volume of Xenium HR consulting and PEO clients.

Demonstrating keen HR aptitude and client service abilities, Alishia was quickly promoted to Human Resource Business Partner in early 2007 representing Xenium as the main contact to a growing number of prominent Northwest employers. She has since moved into a Senior Human Resource Business Partner role with Xenium. In addition to working closely with her Xenium clients, Alishia fulfills the internal Human Resource function for Xenium Corporate and 30+ Stoller Group Express Employment Professional franchises located throughout Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Arizona.

Alishia prides herself on her strong relationships with her clients; getting to know their company culture and their line of business inside and out. Alishia enjoys assisting all levels of employees and works hard to become a trusted integral part of her clients’ management team.

Alishia earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago and passed her PHR exam in May of 2006.  Alishia is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management organization, SHRM.
