Brandon Laws

In October of 2008, Brandon Laws joined Xenium as Operations Administrator; focusing on state compliance, workers’ compensation reporting and many other operational tasks supporting the Contracts and Compliance Manager. In the summer of 2009, Brandon was promoted to Sales and Marketing Coordinator after showing a deep interest in marketing Xenium and supporting the sales team. In April of 2011, Brandon was promoted to Sales & Marketing Specialist to focus on search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and lead generation.

In March of 2012, Brandon moved into a Senior Marketing Specialist and Business Analyst role for Xenium.

Brandon’s focus on personal growth is central to all he does and leads to his continual efforts to become a better person and a greater asset to Xenium. Since stepping into the Sales and Marketing role, Brandon has led projects such as “Passport to Xenium,” (an internal marketing effort designed to encourage all Xenium employees to invest in marketing and sales efforts), a rebuild of the Xenium website and projects relating to search engine marketing and social media marketing. Brandon regularly improves and maintains the Xenium website as well as spearheading the monthly newsletter and training invitations distributed to clients and friends of Xenium via email.

Brandon’s career includes eight months of prior experience as an insurance agent with Farmers and freelance writing and search engine optimization projects, which he still enjoys to this day.

In April of 2008, Brandon graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Shortly thereafter, Brandon obtained his insurance licenses in Property/Casualty and Life/Health.

In off hours, Brandon enjoys staying productive, often reading books on business, marketing, economics, politics and leadership. He often writes on similar subjects. He is also an avid fan of the Portland Trail Blazers and attends games at the Rose Garden regularly. Brandon and his wife, Angela, enjoy spending time with each other at their home in Beaverton with their son, Parker and puppy, Mia.
