Christina Lloyd
Christina Lloyd joined the Xenium team in September 2008, bringing 20 years experience in a variety of payroll processing and management capacities. A member of the American Payroll Association for many years, Christina consistently maintains the continuing education necessary to stay current with the ever-changing payroll rules and regulations.
Having worked in a large payroll processing environment and managing payroll operations for many years, Christina has developed and honed the necessary skills to support a diverse number of clients in multiple states while delivering exceptional customer service.
Christina’s introduction to payroll began in 1990 with a local CPA firm, where she began as an entry level office associate. Christina soon progressed to processing and administering payroll for more than 100 clients, eventually becoming the Office Manager/Payroll Supervisor. Christina furthered her experience as the Operations Supervisor for a national payroll service provider, where she supervised the activities of multiple payroll specialists servicing more than 1,200 clients across the United States. More recently, she successfully managed payroll operations for a large retail company with 2,500 employees in 31 locations.
As the Payroll Manager for Xenium, Christina takes a proactive approach in developing her team to ensure Xenium clients receive the most qualified payroll specialists and top-notch service in the industry. With a “roll up her sleeves” attitude, Christina will work with her team to continuously provide 100% accuracy in our payroll processing, giving you one less thing to worry about as you focus on your core business.
