Cristina Stott

Cristina joined the Xenium team in December 2007 as an Onsite HR Representative for an HR Services client. She remains in this role today with over eight years of HR experience.

Cristina graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Emphasis in Human Resource Management.

Following graduation, Cristina moved to Salt Lake City, UT where she began her career in Human Resources as an HR Assistant for a major commercial construction company. Cristina eventually progressed into an HR Generalist position. In this role she was responsible for all aspects of recruiting, benefits and employee relations for the 300+ employee company and later for their affiliate engineering company.

While in Salt Lake City, she obtained a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Utah and was a regular member of the Employers Council Roundtable group.

In 2005, Cristina moved back to Oregon to be closer to family.
