Jason DiGiacomo

Jason currently holds the position of On-site HR Representative with Xenium, a position he has held for nearly three years. Jason has seven years of experience in the human resources and staffing industry, most recently as an On-Site Manager with Express Management Staffing, where he managed such accounts as Stream Global, Paniasonic and Wacker Siltronic. Prior to ESM, Jason recruited for AeroTek in their Energy Division.

Jason states, “I consider myself confident and easy-going, a strength of mine in the human resource field. What I enjoy  most about my position is researching and learning new topics, continuous education is very important to me.” 

In terms of past formal education, Jason holds a B.A. in Business and a professional certification in human resources.

On personal level, you can often find Jason at the golf course. He also enjoys cooking, cycling and traveling.
