Jennifer McClelland, PHR

Jennifer came to beautiful Oregon, by way of Colorado, in 2006. She graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with Spanish as a second major in 2003. Jennifer spent three and a half years honing her staffing and recruiting skills with Express Employment Professionals which helped to prepare her for her transition to an Onsite HR Representative with Xenium in August 2009.  Jennifer gained extensive knowledge and experience through her Onsite role which led to the progression into an internal HR Account Representative in July 2011.

Jennifer is committed to helping people and has a passion for excellent customer service.  Being active in the local Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA) chapter allows her stay on top of an ever-changing industry. In July 2008, Jennifer obtained her Human Resource Management Certificate from Portland State University and in January 2010, she earned her Professional in Human Resources. 

Always looking for ways to help the community, Jennifer has found the Portland area to be as concerned with sustainable practices as she and does as much as she can to support them in her community.  Jennifer and her husband live in Tualatin with their two cats and enjoy camping, hiking, golfing and pretty much any activity in the outdoor splendor that Oregon has to offer.
