Kirsten Solis

In March 2009, Kirsten joined Xenium as a Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator. Given her passion for Human Resource, she then transferred to the HR department as a Human Resource Coordinator during the summer of 2009. In March of 2011, Kirsten was promoted to a Human Resource Representative. Kirsten dedicates herself to continuously improving her skills in the subject of human resource and enjoys the daily challenge of managing unemployment and human resource deliverables to HR Account Managers.

In May of 2012, Kirsten moved into a Senior Human Resource Representative role with Xenium.

Prior to Xenium, Kirsten held the position of Restaurant Manager in a fast paced environment where she developed several skills that are critical in an HR role including, compensation, training and development, managing employees and process efficiency.

Kirsten has an educational background in HR as well. She graduated from Portland State University with degrees in both Human Resource Management and General Management. Kirsten is also currently a member of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management, and was a member of HRMA at one time.

In Kirsten's personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Titus and is also currently busy remodeling her house.
