Kristy Roberts
Kristy’s 20-year tenure with The Stoller Group has afforded her many advancement opportunities. She began her Stoller career as a Receptionist/Payroll Specialist with the Vancouver office of Express Employment Professionals (formerly known as Express Personnel). Within her first year of employment, Kristy moved to the corporate headquarters as a Payroll Team Leader for 11 local Express offices.
In January 2000, Kristy was recruited to lead the payroll department of Xenium HR and became a Payroll Supervisor. She successfully supported the payroll team and helped to build the payroll system that services Xenium’s clients today.
Kristy has experience serving much of Xenium’s current client base. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, she currently manages payroll for eight of our largest clients, processing approximately 1,700 checks on a monthly basis. Given Kristy’s payroll expertise, she spends a lot of her time focused on training, process analysis and maintaining our payroll database.
Kristy quickly gains the trust of her clients by demonstrating technical knowledge and delivering exceptional client service. She strives toward the goal of 100 percent accuracy and is recognized for her proactive approach in questioning submitted payroll data to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are unparalled, making her one of the best payroll professionals in the field. Clients consistently comment on her quick, accurate and friendly assistance.
Kristy resides in Vancouver, Washington with her husband and son. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and indulging in her passionate hobby of card-making and scrap-booking.
