Lacey Halpern, PHR

Lacey has been with The Stoller Group of Companies since 2006. Lacey has over six years of experience in recruiting and client service beginning with Express Employment Professionals as an Industrial Staffing Consultant, transitioning to a Lead Staffing Consultant, and then was promoted to Business Developer. She developed relationships with major businesses in her market providing hiring, safety, and account management services. Lacey was a key player in partnering with local companies to develop staffing solutions that could meet business demands. She joined Xenium in the position of Human Resource Representative in October 2009, and in May of 2011 was promoted to Human Resource Account Representative.

Lacey has always had an interest in human resources and working with people, which is what led her to Xenium. Her passion for helping people and businesses succeed became a natural fit for her work as a Human Resource Account Representative. Lacey provides employee relations advice and technical HR expertise on a daily basis. She works with Xenium’s clients to deliver compliance expertise and project deliverables that meet business needs. She works with a wide array of industries including technology firms, manufacturing, start up businesses, and the restaurant industry. She has experience in employee handbook development wage surveys analysis, job descriptions, leave of absence management, and unemployment. Hallmarks of Lacey’s work include her consistently cheerful customer service and her “I’ve already done what you just asked me to do, what can I assist you with next?” style of client service.

Lacey is a member of SHRM, and obtained her PHR certification in January of 2010. Lacey has been involved in volunteer work with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon since 2002, receiving the Stoller Group Community Service Award in 2011. She graduated with honors from Portland State University in 2006, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with minors in both Spanish and Women’s Studies.

When she has free time, Lacey enjoys spending time with friends and family in the outdoors and finding projects to do in her home or yard.  She finds the most joy in chasing her toddler, Avery, around and watching her learn every day!
