Lauren Davis
Lauren Davis joined the Xenium team in January 2011 as a Client Development Manager. Lauren brings over 15 years of successful sales, business consulting, and training skills to the Xenium Business Development team.
Most recently, Lauren spent several years in sales and partnership development for GreyHairs Consulting, a leadership and business coaching company. She also was involved in the development, sales and marketing of a local online resource for the Portland sustainable community, GreenPosting.org. In addition, Lauren spent many years in the training and development industry designing and delivering employee and management programs.
Lauren holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s College of California. She is also the author of a children’s book series, Giggles the Green Bean, which teaches children how to live green and healthy lives. The first book was released in November 2010, titled “Giggles the Green Bean Turns Stinkytown into Greentown” and quickly became an Amazon best seller. Lauren also is the co-author of “Virtual Teaming: Breaking the Boundaries of Time and Place” and a contributor to “Multipoint Feedback: a 360 degrees catalyst for change.”
