Molly Schreck

Molly is an Onsite HR Representative for a Xenium HR Services Client, Prodapt North America. She joined the Xenium team in November of 2009 bringing over eight years of HR experience with her.
 
Some of Molly’s typical day-to-day HR responsibilities are managing benefits, new hires, separations, payroll and many other fundamental HR tasks.
 
In 1993, Molly graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. Upon graduating from OSU, Molly joined the Portland Clinic supporting three locations with all aspects of their Human Resources. Molly was extremely passionate about working in the health care environment because of the amount of people and patients she was able to work with on a regular basis.
 
In addition to being passionate about her past HR work in the health care industry, Molly also enjoys volunteering at non-profit organizations and participating in local community charity events. Over the past 10 years, Molly has worked as an event coordinator and Auction Chair for multiple non-profit events. She continues to support annual auctions to give back to the local community in some way.
 
Given her OSU-alum status, Molly and her husband attend OSU football games in the fall for fun and they also enjoy being involved in their daughters’ sporting events year round. 
 
As a Native Oregonian, Molly frequently takes advantage of everything the Northwest has to offer, including visits to the beach and Mt. Hood.
