Rebecca Naatz, PHR

Rebecca Naatz has been a part of The Stoller Group since 1999, starting as a Staffing Consultant with Express Employment Professionals and moving into the Operations Manager role for the Salem branch.

In her tenure as a Staffing Consultant and Manager, she worked closely with many businesses in different industries in the Salem area. This exposure to diverse industries enabled Rebecca to become familiar with, and fulfill, a wide variety of quality staffing needs, one of the most important contributions to a business.

Rebecca joined the Xenium team in January 2007, and she currently has a combined role in which she supports Xenium clients as a Senior HR Business Partner and also manages our internal HR Support team. From the start, she was drawn to the integrity and success of Xenium's leadership, culture and business model. She values the opportunity to help her clients develop the best practices possible to meet the financial needs of the business as well as their goals for employee performance, satisfaction and growth.

Rebecca’s empathetic and collaborative style coupled with her keen attention to detail and analytical abilities allows her to quickly build the trust of her clients. She is adept at developing HR systems that are tailored specifically to company culture and in line with overall business objectives.

She is also able to quickly diagnose workplace situations, identify options and provide well-thought proactive solutions. In her time with Xenium, Rebecca has assisted many of her clients through workforce restructuring and has helped create organizational HR efficiencies. She has also been a valuable resource to her clients in providing coaching to new managers in how to effectively lead a team, and in also guiding managers through difficult employee relations issues.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon and then went on to achieve certification as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) in 2001. Because she is passionate about human resource leadership development and keeping current on compliance issues, Rebecca served in a leadership role on the Board of Directors for the Salem Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for six years. In this capacity, she provided mentorship and training for study groups designed to help other human resource professionals advance in the profession.
