Sarah Stephenson, PHR

Sarah joined Xenium in 2010 as an on-site HR Representative for a Xenium client located in Eugene. She joins the team of HR professionals with five years of experience as an HR Generalist for KC Distance Learning, a Human Resource Associate with PacifiCorp, an HR Assistant for Adecco Engineering & Technical and an Assistant Director at Discovery Place.

In all, Sarah has been involved with and has worked in many industries, ranging from distance education all the way to energy and the technology industry; all of which make her a great fit for the Xenium team due to the diverse group of clients.

Combined with Sarah’s experience as an HR professional, she also has a deep desire to learn about new topics related to human resources and psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Portland State University.

Sarah has lived in Oregon all her life. She lived the first 22 years of her life in Scappoose and now resides in Eugene where she enjoys being a fan of the Oregon Ducks.

Even with Sarah’s extensive HR expertise, she still sets aside time to play multiple musical instruments including the guitar, bass, keyboard, drums and flute. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron, playing with her dog, reading political and historical literature and roller skating.
