Shanda Molinsky, PHR

Shanda currently holds the position of Contract and Compliance Manager with Xenium.  In this role, Shanda supports the Sales team, working to develop client proposals that meet the needs of Xenium’s clients. When the Sales team introduces a new client, Shanda is responsible for ensuring the contract fits that individual client.

From a corporate standpoint, Shanda ensures that Xenium has dotted the I’s and crossed the T’s.  This includes all state licensing for Xenium, and licensing specific to being a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). It also includes specific compliance and administration of the Xenium sponsored benefit plans.

Shanda has worked for Xenium and The Stoller Group of companies for 18 years in many different roles. We can truly say that Shanda understands our business, having worked in every position within the company.  This legacy knowledge makes her current position a fantastic fit, as she now touches every part of the organization.

A big part of what has kept Shanda at Xenium is that she enjoys not only her work, but the people she works with.  She can truly say that Xenium has brought her lifelong friendships.
