Xenium’s Alligood Set to Speak at Portland Business Alliance Event

Suzi Alligood of Xenium will speak at a Portland Business Alliance special event, “Maximizing Your Business’s Human Potential” which is intended for companies with less than 50 employees.

Tualatin, Oregon – June 29, 2011 – Suzi Alligood of Xenium HR, a local HR consulting firm in Portland, Oregon, is enlisted to speak at an upcoming Portland Business Alliance special event on Tuesday, July 12th at Six o’clock in the evening at the CLIMB Center in Portland.

The Portland Business Alliance special event is the first part of three seminars called SBC Education Series: Maximizing Your Business’s Human Potential. The educational series is targeted towards employers with less than 50 employees in the Portland-metropolitan region.

Alligood, who is the Director of HR Services at Xenium HR, will speak on “Understanding and Mitigating Employment Risk.” During her presentation, Alligood will review how to identify the most common misconceptions and employer traps, as well as discuss how to minimize exposure in being an employer in Oregon.

During the presentation, Alligood will be joined by Dr. Sarah Stebbins, an Executive Coach in Portland, Oregon. Stebbins’ presentation, which is part two of Tuesday’s event, is on the subject of effective coaching and performance management strategies.
