Davis of Xenium HR to Speak at pdxMindShare Workshop in July

Lauren Davis of Xenium HR, a Professional Employer Organization in Portland, OR, is set to speak at a pdxMindShare workshop on how to avoid unnecessary risks of being an employer.

Tualatin, Oregon – July 12, 2011 – Lauren Davis of Xenium HR, a PEO in Portland Oregon, is set to lead a pdxMindShare workshop on July 20, 2011 at four-thirty in the afternoon on “Employer Risk Exposed: What to Avoid & What to Do.” The event will be hosted at BRIX Tavern in Portland, Oregon. This event will discuss the most common mistakes employers make, the potential risks and the best practices to avoid fines and lawsuits.

The workshop will be split into four sections: Hiring, HR Compliance, HR Policies and Benefits and HR Systems.

Davis has been with Xenium HR since January 2011 as a Client Development Manager bringing 15 years of sales, consulting and training experience.
