Local HR Consulting Firm, Xenium HR, Wins ‘100 Best’ Award

Local human resource consulting firm, Xenium HR, places 18th in the small business category of the ‘100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon’
Tualatin, Oregon – March 23, 2011 – On the evening of March 3rd, 2011, Xenium HR, a human resources consulting firm based out of Tualatin, Oregon, received an award for the ‘100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon.’ Oregon Business presented Xenium HR with 18th place in the small business category, which consisted of employers with 15-33 employees.
Oregon Business took multiple factors into the award selection, including a combination of tangible benefits like health insurance, retirement plans and flexible schedules, mixed with other less obvious elements that employers and employees responded with in the survey.
After accepting the award, Xenium’s President, Anne Donovan stated, “As an HR company whose mission is to develop great employers, we were honored to be recognized as a great place to work by our outstanding team members.”
