Xenium HR hosts Bob Phillips for Special Event on Developing a Culture of Honesty and Integrity

Xenium HR, an outsourced HR and Portland-based company, invites Bob Phillips, co-author of Absolute Honesty, for a special leadership event
Portland, OR – August 20, 2012 – On September 13th, 2012 Xenium HR will be inviting Bob Phillips, co-author of Absolute Honesty, for a special event on business culture. The event is designed to help local business leaders determine key elements that contribute to the development of an organizational culture of honesty and integrity. The event will be hosted at the Xenium headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Bob Phillips is a business veteran with over 30 years of experience. Phillips has the ability to quickly grasp what is impacting an organization (people, structure, or business model) and provide a direction to rectify the problem. From this event, Portland-area professionals will have the opportunity to enhance their understanding that it takes hard work and defined behaviors to truly develop a culture of honesty and integrity.
