To better understand our market and how small to mid-size employers can get the most from their people, Xenium is launching an inquiry titled, “What People Want from Work”.
Xenium is inviting our clients and friends to participate in a 30-question survey of their employees. The survey is administered online through a web link and consists of 30 questions focused on drivers of engagement, such as: Company Leadership, Workplace Culture, Management Support, Compensation & Benefits, Team Collaboration and Work Environment.
All participating employers will receive a complimentary report which includes a summary of results for their employee group, as well as a comparison with data from the larger sample of participating organizations.
