On March 21st, at the Governor Hotel, the Portland Business Journal will host the annual HR Leadership Awards. During the event, guests can expect to hear from the winners in each of the categories, which include individual HR leaders in small, medium & large companies and the overall company award. On stage, the “winners panel” will be asked to reveal their HR practices regarding personnel, benefits, HR programs and much more!
We encourage our clients, partners and friends to attend, as Xenium will be receiving the Company Award at the HR Leadership Awards. Anne Donovan, Xenium’s President, will join the panelists on stage for an interview about what has worked for Xenium regarding the internal HR programs.
