As reported by the Portland Business Journal, Burgerville has gone beyond the employer requirements for Obamacare, offering a health plan to employees who work as few as 25 hours a week; they even pay up to 95 percent of their premiums. Single employees pay $30 a month and those on the family plan pay $100.
The Vancouver based restaurant chain, and Xenium client, has a history of offering a relatively generous health plan and we commend them for being a great employer.
