Xenium Hosts "End of Summer BBQ"
We managed to squeeze out every ounce of summer we possibly could. During a day that topped nearly 80 degrees, the Xenium team hosted a company-wide ‘End of the Summer’ barbecue to the whole Stoller Group team, which consists of Express Staff Management, Specialized Recruiting Group, Express corporate and Xenium.

Last week The Stoller Group, the parent company of Xenium, had it’s annual golf tournament at Langdon Farms in Aurora. The tournament is a day for the Stoller companies to bring clients out as a way to say “thank you” while enjoying some great company, fun and prizes!

BOLI Issues Meal Period Exemption Regulations
Our partners at Barran Liebman sent us an update on these new BOLI regulations. Effective January 1, 2008, the Oregon legislature passed a bill permitting food and beverage service employees who receive and report tips to VOLUNTARILY waive their meal periods. The Bureau of Labor and Industries recently issued regulations implementing this new law and posted waiver forms in English and Spanish as well as the Notice employers must post.
