Patty Groman
In October 2011, Patty Groman joined the Xenium team as a Human Resource Business Partner. She brings twelve years of business experience in management, human resources, finance and operations.
Josh Armstrong joined the Xenium team in August 2011, as the Risk and Safety Specialist. Prior to joining Xenium, Josh worked as the Workers’ Compensation/Risk Manager for two national fast-paced PEO and Staffing companies, where he managed their workers’ compensation claims: initiating first report of injury reports with their various insurance carriers, staying on top of the claims to make sure they were closed ASAP in order to reduce the amount of loss the companies would be exposed to. Josh provided risk consultation to the sales/ownership team in order to reduce the amount of losses associated with partnering with clients that did not share the companies’ proactive approach to minimize workplace injuries. Josh worked closely with clients to provide safety training, worksite evaluations, safety meetings, and implement plans of action that reduced work place injuries.
Human Resource Business Partner
The HR Business Partner provides account management and HR generalist support to multiple client accounts. Responsible for management and delivery of all Xenium HR products/services, including employee relations, new hire and termination process, benefits management, complaint investigations, compliance review and best practice recommendations, training development and delivery.
One of Xenium’s major focal points over the years has been the retention and growth of its employees. Xenium does so by offering unique benefits, such as flexible work schedules, job-sharing, health benefit programs, career-pathing, competitive salaries and many other incentives.
