An Update on Criminal Background Checks
In an article by Sean P. Ray, entitled “‘Arrested Developments’: An Update on Employer Use of Criminal Background Checks from the EEOC,” Ray discusses the updated guidelines provided by the EEOC, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
