Xenium is hosting a training session on “Intelligent Hiring” on August 16, 2012 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. With this workshop professionals will have the opportunity to tighten their grasp on pertinent employment laws affecting the hiring process, learn to identify and practice the most effective interview styles and strategies, and enhance their understanding of negligent hiring practices to avoid.

This training session will be led by Molly Kelley, PHR and Lacey Halpern, PHR.
Molly Kelley‘s previous experience includes six years in the staffing industry, giving her a solid background in recruiting and employee relations. She has worked with clients ranging in industry from non-profits to manufacturers and wineries to call centers. Molly enjoys the challenges inherent in understanding the unique needs and business objectives of each of her varied clients.
Lacey Halpern has over six years of experience in recruiting and client service.  Lacey provides employee relations advice and technical HR expertise on a daily basis. She works with a wide array of industries including technology firms, manufacturing, start up businesses, and the restaurant industry.
