Anne has daily hands-on experience with a variety of employment issues many generalists don’t tackle in a career. Servicing a variety of businesses ranging from manufacturers to distributors, high-tech to professional services, Anne is known for her quick ability to adapt to client culture and uses creative problem solving to prevent HR issues from erupting. Her empathetic, intuitive approach allows her to mediate conflict effectively, striking the delicate balance between serving the best interest of both employer and employee. With her knack for mediating sticky situations and difficult employee relations issues, Anne’s clients rely on her for day-to-day HR support as well as strategic HR direction for the organization.
Anne received her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 1997, her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2002 and holds a certificate for Human Resource Management from Portland State University.
