Molly KelleyTitle:
Human Resource Account Representative

Molly Kelley brings her enthusiasm, excellent communication and problem solving skills to the Xenium team as a Human Resource Account Representative. Molly’s clients range in industry from non-profits to manufacturers, wineries to call centers. Molly enjoys the challenges inherent in understanding the unique needs and business objectives of each of her varied clients –working with them as a strategic partner when addressing employee relations issues, HR best practices and compliance. She particularly enjoys training and employee and organizational development.

Molly joined Xenium in 2007 as a Human Resource Representative, supporting Xenium’s Human Resource Account Managers by creating and revising Employee Handbooks, drawing up salary surveys, compiling job descriptions, assisting in research, coordinating training sessions and providing support to Xenium clients.

Her previous experience includes six years in the staffing industry, giving her a solid background in recruiting, employee relations and workers’ compensation management.

Molly was born in St. Paul, Minnesota where she learned to loathe humidity and mosquitoes. She moved west to attend college at the University of Puget Sound, majoring in English with a minor in Business. The mountains and ocean have kept her rooted in the Pacific Northwest ever since.

In her free time, she is an avid reader, author and editor. When not working on a seemingly endless remodel of their 1924 Craftsman bungalow, Molly and her husband John spend their time entertaining their black lab, Chloe.
