She served as a corporate recruiter and trainer for 8 years where she helped her organization achieve success through leadership development and retention. She has experience in worker’s compensation, leave of absence management, HR policies and procedures implementation and business compliance and best practices. Her professional career includes leadership roles in sales & management with leading distributors and service companies.

Nicole joined Xenium HR as a Senior HR Business Partner in October of 2015. In her role, Nicole serves as the main HR contact for her clients, providing them the resources they need to support their people and grow their businesses. Nicole specializes in employee relations and in coaching and developing managers to increase engagement and drive profitability through people. Nicole has many years of experience in the HR industry in both the private and public sector where she has supported over 2000 employees. She also has spent years as a business operator having previously served as a General Manager for a large retailer and most recently a Field Director, where she managed multiple veterinary hospitals.
