Section 125 Plan

Xenium offers a fully administered Section 125 Plan, also known as a Cafeteria Plan or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), under the PEO model. A S125 Plan is a great way to provide health care related benefits to your employees on a pre-tax basis through pre-tax premiums, qualified unreimbursed health expenses and dependent care.

As an adopting employer, you also receive employer tax savings from FICA and FUTA taxes.

Xenium also offers a client sponsored, full service plan through our TPA services under the ASO model.
