Q:  Can I print more than one copy?

A:  Yes, you can print as many copies as you like through September 1, 2012.

Q:  What if I have moved and my address is wrong on my W-2?

A:  You can update your address while you are logged in so that the correct address will show on your W-2.  Xenium will receive notification of this change and we will update your address in our system.

Q:  When will W-2s be mailed?

A:  W-2s will be mailed on January 31, 2012.  Avoid the delay and print your copy from home!

Q;  Will I still receive a W-2 in the mail?

A:  If you print a copy of your W-2 you will automatically be removed from receiving a paper copy in the mail.  This is Xenium’s way of providing you with faster service and protecting our environment one piece of paper at a time.

Q:  Will I be charged a fee to download and print my own W-2?

A:  NO!  Xenium assumes all fees associated with this service.
