Are your employees happy at work?

Here’s one way to find out.

There’s nothing better than open, honest and anonymous feedback,

which is why we created the What People Want From Work survey.

What is it?

An online survey of 20 questions that reveals what people really want from their workplace. Xenium has been conducting this survey since 2015 with a wide range of employers of all sizes and industries.

Suzi Alligood shares a preview of a report available to employers who participate in the What People Want from Work survey. Please note that not everything covered in this video is included in the free report.

What you get

The survey offers a look into your workplace through your employees’ eyes—revealing what’s working, what needs improvement and what your employees want from their workplace.

You’ll get data and insights on a wide range of topics, including:

  • Leadership
  • Workplace culture
  • Management support
  • Rewards & recognition
  • Work environment

Each organization receives a complimentary report, with a summary of quantitative results for your company. Additional analysis, recommendations, and roll-out to employees are available as add-ons after the survey launch.

When you take part year after year, this data can be used as an annual benchmark for your organization.
